*Ipe (aka Brazilian Walnut)
is an exotic hardwood of the Lapacho group; it is naturally resistant
to rot and decay, is 8 times harder than California Redwood, and
offers up to a 100 year lifespan. Ipe has a Class A fire rating,
the same rating given to concrete and steel. We're hoping it'll
last us for quite a while.
