From Porch to Posh Bath
This Craftsman bungalow only had a single bath, but needed a second.
We annexed this old back porch, that had been turned into a storage
space for a water heater. The walls, floors, and joists needed rebuilt.
Then, the clapboards needed to be replaced as well. After finishing
the structural, we went in with Italian marble, crown molding, double
glass shower doors, our signature |
| double shower heads, and a gorgeous salvaged
diamond window-set up high for light and privacy. An antique medicine
cabinet was added, as well as period sink, toilet, and lighting. |
