We bought this house completely gutted in the Edgewood neighborhood. It was lacking most, if not all, of its original character. So our biggest challenge was to import the old house detail back into the home. We custom designed arts and crafts tulip themed stained glass transoms and sidelights, added a solid fir Craftsman front door, added high-end historic fir windows, restored the original porch and columns, and installed an architectural shingled roof. The "cyclops" window in the upstairs gable was replaced with a pair of double hung solid wood windows. Finally, we dressed the house is this fun, coastal-hued paint scheme.
