This now gracious 1912 American Foursquare suffered much neglect through the decades. The landscaping was severely overgrown, many clapboards needed replacing, and the porch needed to undergo serious reconstruction, including the

replacement of the missing railing. Everything was restored in the interior: kitchen, bathrooms, foyer, all systems, roof, flooring, plaster, fireplaces, and the missing staircase.
