This 1897 Victorian, built by Coca-Cola founder, Asa Candler, as a spec house, begged to be demolished. But, it had enough original framing so we saved it, rebuilding it based on old photos and new architectural drawings. We took

the house both up and back, expanding it from a one bedroom/one bath to a five bedroom/2.5 bath home. This was definitely one of our most dramatic projects.
