Decatur Japanese Bungalow
 
 
This 1920 Craftsman bungalow was clad in yellow vinyl when we found it. After removing the vinyl, we happily discovered the original Japanese-themed Craftsman woodwork in the porch gable, as well as the original heavy porch railing. Sadly, the porch was in terrible shape and we rebuilt both the roof and the porch floor. The
yard was tilled and landscaped to suit the fabulous granite stonework in the foundation and piers.
