This home was in horrible disrepair and like some of our other projects, boasted 30 inhabitants. It was also a one bedroom, one bathroom home. We added a large master suite

addition, upping the size to a 2 bedroom/2 bath home. It needed the works structurally and all the systems were replaced, as well as the roof, landscaping, some of the siding and gable facing.
