This 1910 folk Victorian was far from habitable when we began the project. To the small two bedroom, one bathroom home, we added a spacious addition to the back to

provide another bathroom and an entertainment kitchen done in slate and maple. New systems, paint, bathrooms, kitchen, and refinished floors turned this into a very cute residence.
