When we bought this house it had been empty for over four years. Many windows were broken, the clapboards were cladded in cement siding, the roof was in bad shape, and the porch was rotted. We installed a brand new architectural roof, counter flashed the chimneys, tore down and rebuilt the porch, added granite veneer to the front foundations and steps, and completely reconstructed the back porch as well. As is custom, we added a stained glass transom, stained glass numbers above the front doors, and a pair of beveled leaded glass windows, and an oak Victorian front door.
