The Grapevine House

This eclectic 1912 "California Craftsman" style home survived its 30 plus inhabitants and much deferred maintenance. Yet, despite the neglect, it retained its leaded and

stained glass windows, carved columns, and many of its original doors and windows. New systems, including copper plumbing, panel box, wiring, and HVAC were added to the house, including many pieces or architectural salvage, new roof, sheetrock, and much more.
